Originally established through a strategic partnership between Arabian Group Holding and Ahmed Kandil, LLI became a privately owned family business under the Kandil family in 2026, strengthening its long-term vision and independent investment strategy.

Ahmed Kandil

Ahmed Kandil leads Luxury Living Investments with over 30 years of professional experience, including more than 25 years in senior management and executive leadership roles across the Middle East and Africa. An accomplished entrepreneur, he has founded and owned multiple companies while working closely with high-level decision-makers, investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, combining strategic vision with deep expertise in real estate, investment, and high-end project delivery.

His extensive regional and international network, market foresight, and commitment to building lasting relationships have been instrumental in shaping LLI’s long-term growth, partnerships, and market positioning. Widely recognized for his leadership and influence, Ahmed has successfully navigated complex business, cultural, and geopolitical environments throughout his career.

As Founder and Executive Chairman, he leads the company’s strategic direction, capital formation, investment platform, and international expansion initiatives. He oversees institutional partnerships, investment structuring, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border investment opportunities, driving the development of an integrated luxury real estate, hospitality, and investment ecosystem designed to create long-term value for investors, partners, and stakeholders.

Osama Kandil

Osama Kandil represents the next generation of leadership at Luxury Living Investments, bringing strong transaction-led expertise and a deep understanding of Dubai’s luxury real estate market. Born and raised in the UAE, he has over five years of direct experience in high-end residential and investment properties.

His track record includes involvement in multiple eight-figure transactions across land acquisitions, off-plan developments, and ready properties, giving him a comprehensive view of the full real estate lifecycle from raw land opportunities to turnkey luxury residences. This breadth enables him to provide clients and investors with informed, end-to-end guidance across all market segments.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Birmingham, providing a strong academic foundation in strategy, finance, and operations that supports his commercial approach.

As Managing Partner, Osama oversees project positioning, client engagement, and strategic partnerships with leading lifestyle, hospitality, and architectural brands. Working closely with the Executive Chairman, he plays a key role in driving the company’s growth strategy and strengthening its position within Dubai’s luxury real estate sector, ensuring a balance of market execution, investor alignment, and long-term value creation.
